The Premium Plan, which is designed for newcomers, offers 1,000 minutes of phone support, 250 e-mails, and one-year access to the support Web site. The Gold Plan, intended for intermediate users, offers 360 minutes of phone support and access to the support Web site. The Basic Plan includes 60 minutes of phone support. Customers also can purchase access to the support Web site for an additional discounted cost.

Phone and e-mail support hours are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The plan is in effect for one year from date of purchase.
