Keystone Business Solutions Receives Sage Customer Excellence Award

Keystone, a Sage Software, Inc, Authorized Partner, participated in the Sage Customer Loyalty Project and received a customer satisfaction rating that was more than double the industry average.

“The Loyalty Project is a survey designed to understand customer satisfaction and measure customer loyalty,” said Scotia Saunders, Keystone’s Vice President for Business Development. “Sage Software independently questioned our clients about their customer service experience with both Keystone and Sage Software.”

Keystone provides comprehensive software evaluations, implementations and classroom training on Sage Mas 90 and Mas 200 software, but the relationship does not end after installation of a business management system. “At Keystone, we work to create long-term client relationships,” Saunders said. “We are very appreciative of all the kind comments our customers made about us and will continue to act as an extension of their businesses to help them succeed well into the future.”
