HVAC Industry Veteran, Universal AC and Heat, Proves It’s Never too Late to Start Branding

MOS Creative develops 23-year-old HVAC company's first ever website and branding campaign.
 
Aug. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Pasadena, MD--Pasadena-based Universal AC and Heat, a family owned and operated installation and service company, announces its branding campaign after 23 successful years in business.

The formal branding campaign kicks off with the industry native’s first website designed and built by local marketing firm, MOS Creative. The user-friendly design includes the company’s new logo, products and services, history and contact information as well as special offers and manufacturer product presentations.

“We’ve been around for almost a quarter of a century and the community knows us well, but we wanted to re-vamp our image. MOS Creative designed a branding campaign that’s unique and straight forward. By drawing attention to our new site, we are able to keep customers informed about federal incentive programs and energy efficient living,” adds owner Eric Macey, “having the community join us in developing our new image was something that we really strived for with this venture.”

Drawing on their ties to the area, Universal AC and Heat wants the community to participate in naming the brand’s spokes-penguin. Votes can be cast online at UniversalACandHeat.com for a chance to win free air cleaner installation, a $450 value.

Look out for Universal AC and Heat’s campaign to heat up the streets in Pasadena and the surrounding areas with direct mail pieces, yard signs and newly designed vehicle wraps for company vans. Also in the works are mobile showroom displays constructed in billboard box trucks that will travel to service areas and demonstrate the benefits of newer model units and regular servicing.
