North American Companies is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Abderrazak  Boughanmi  as principal of North American Partners, a joint venture partnership between North American Acquisitions, LLC and Michel Piette, its President.

With over 35 years of Real Estate Development experience, Mr. Boughanmi has successfully completed in excess of one thousand acquisitions and marketing projects throughout Canada and the US.

Early in his career, Mr. Boughanmi managed two important branches with over 80 high-powered agents for real estate brokerage firm MONTREAL TRUST. In 1983, he founded CENTRAL REAL ESTATE BUSINESS and accumulated a real estate portfolio valued in excess of $100 Million dollars.   In 1994, he became the Canadian Operations Manager for BARON INTERNATIONAL and negotiated the acquisition of assets totaling an additional $100 Million dollars.  Later, Mr. Boughanmi continued his real estate career focused primarily on residential and commercial foreclosed and distressed properties through his privately-owned company:  INVESTIMMO.

By the turn of the new millennium, Mr. Boughanmi became one of the most prominent real estate experts in the condominium conversion market in Canada. Mr. Boughanmi is a graduate of ENAP of Tunis with a Bachelor degree in Business.  He is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI).  In 2004, he was the recipient of the « Médaille des Arts et Métiers du Multi-culturalisme».
