(Englewood Cliffs, NJ-August 25, 2009)- Chick Corea (keys), Stanley Clarke (bass) and Lenny White (drums) of the jazz super-group Return to Forever revisit to the bergenPAC on September 29th. Don’t miss this powerful journey of three masters through an acoustic, electric, funky and rock fusion of jazz like no other. Three original members of Return to Forever have reunited as a trio, taking it back to the basics like the times before RTF. Three masters explore the range of their electro-acoustic alchemy - from straight-ahead swinging jazz to hard-hitting fusion.

Considering the astounding volume of his recorded output over the past 40 years, it is no overstatement to call Chick Corea one of the most ingenious composers of the second half of the 20th century. From avant-garde to bebop, from children’s songs to straight ahead, from hard-hitting fusion to heady forays into classical, Chick has touched an astonishing number of musical bases in his remarkable career while maintaining a standard of excellence that is simply supernatural.

With ever-expanding Corea compositions at their fingertips and the incredible improvisational skill and musicianship of all three jazz legends, this trio soars through different variations of jazz. Corea, Clarke & White are musical masters sending audiences on sonic explorations of wondrous proportions.
