Sept. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- LPC2478 evaluation board is based on ARM7TDMI-S Core, running at up to 72MHz, with 512KB internal flash memory and 98KB SRAM, together with comprehensive external memory: 128MB NandFlash, 32MB SDRAM, 2MB NorFlash and 512KB external SRAM (optional). The board features: two RS232 interfaces, USB HOST and OTG circuit, I2S interface circuit, I2C memory circuit, TFT LCD interface, CAN, SD/MMC, 10/100MB Ethernet, JTAG debug interface, etc.
