•   Anyone wishing to hire Andrew Bate Photography for wedding photography Southport should first fill up the booking agreement form
•   A non refundable deposit of £200 will be required at the time of booking. This will include the finalization of the time, date and services of Andrew Bate Photography.
•   Cancellations if any should be intimated in writing 12 weeks before and will need the full payment.  
•   The remaining fee should be paid 28 days before the big day.
•   Re-orders should be paid in full at the time of collection.
•   Any cancellations informed 12 weeks before the wedding day will authorize Andrew Bate Photography to keep £100 as a non refundable deposit.
•   One cannot transfer the booking fees in case of cancellations.
•   In case of postponement of wedding Andrew Bate Photography will retain the fee as long as it can re-schedule for the new date.
•   Andrew Bate Photography will be eligible to use the images for any marketing or advertising purposes.
•   Andrew Bate Photography promises to take as many photographs as possible for the big day. However during the proofing process Andrew Bate Photography will discard any photographs found not suitable for the album.
•   A CD or DVD with all the post edited images will be provided to the client after the final images for the album have been selected. If the CD is required before the selection of the images than a fee of £3.50 per image contained on such CD/DVD will be taken.
