Associated Property Management Welcomes Wellington Edge POA

Nov. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Associated Property Management (APM) proudly announces a new community association management client; Wellington Edge Property Owners Association, in Wellington, Florida

Wellington Edge POA is a 504 unit, gated community located on West Forest Hill Boulevard, across from the Wellington Mall, located in Wellington, Florida. The community consists of several sub-associations which includes; Pelican Key, Brighton HOA, Oak Hamlet, Estates of Oak Hamlet and Carriage Brook.  Amenities include beautiful lakes, nature preserve and a large community clubhouse with 3 swimming pools, basketball court, playground and tennis courts.  

Associated Property Management will provide a property manager 5 days a week for site visits.  In addition, APM will be providing bookkeeping and administrative services to the association and in addition will also provide bookkeeping services to Pelican Key and Brighton HOA. In addition, APM will also provide to Wellington Edge POA a community website that is integrated with the accounting system, 212 Software (formerly TOPS).
