Nov. 24, 2009 - PRLog -- U.S. Cybertek, Inc., has announced the release of "Welcome Home", a branded, online magazine which allows REALTORS® to keep in touch with their clients and prospects automatically.



The “Welcome Home” Active eZine is a monthly publication that is delivered via email to the REALTOR®'s clients.  The Active eZine contains quality articles on remodeling, redecorating, featured destinations, recipes, seasonal stories, and random facts.  REALTORS® can login to their account and brand the magazine with their photo, logo, and links to their website and listing search.  There is no limit on the number of contacts that can be added to their Active eZine mailing list.  The REALTOR® dashboard features a client import tool which makes it quick and easy to bulk upload clients from Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or any contact manager that supports exporting contacts in a CSV file.  



Why now?  With the real estate market in troubled times, it became apparent that quality referrals and repeat business were more important to agents than ever.  However, according to the 2009 REALTOR® technology report, only 38% of REALTORS® generate over 50% of their business from referrals.  This number is down 8% from the previous year.
