Mindfire Solutions launches internal Knowledge Management Portal KLMS

India based Mindfire Solutions launched its in-house Knowledge and Learning Management System today.
 
Nov. 27, 2009 - PRLog -- 27/11/2009, Bhubaneswar: Senior officials at Mindfire Solutions were available to comment on the launch of their in-house Knowledge and Learning Management System today. The system promises unique ways of managing information so that it is available on demand and will help all Mindfireans in sharing their technical knowhow and also increase their technical prowess info with others. Mindfire believes the only way to sustain, grow and exponentially expand lies in constant innovation and KLMS is the result out of it. Historically, Mindfire Solutions had always encouraged its people to go in for latest technologies, foreign languages certifications, to learn and enhance their knowledge and skills. This knowledge sharing and learning gave birth to KLMS.

Congratulating the employees on the successful launch of the new Knowledge Management portal, CEO, Mr. Chinmoy Panda said, "The toughest part lies ahead and it would be in sustained use of the portal to improve our knowledge and learning."

KLMS is a system for managing knowledge and learning, developed in keeping with Mindfire's vision of a world-class organization with an enriched and thriving culture of the very best in knowledge and learning. It will be used to create, archive, share, and search for knowledge in the form of LearningMatter, Questions, Tests, and Courses) and also administration, taking, and evaluation of Tests and reporting of results for internal (self-assessment) and external (recruitment & selection) purposes.

“Its really a great learning platform us and we are expecting a lot from it, as we need to keep abreast of latest  technologies in these competitive times”, said Priyadarshi, Software professional at Mindfire Solutions. Piyush added, “Its a great concept. We always had the infrastructure but somehow KLMS implementation was delayed. Now, with the system around, it would be great seeing people share and learn.”  All Mindfireans are excited about this new tool of knowledge sharing and there is a positive vibe of acceptance from all the employees of the organization.
