Marketing Recruitment Agency Brand Celebrates 4th Birthday

Dec. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- This week sees the fourth birthday of award-winning marketing recruitment agency Brand Recruitment.

Established in December 2005, the agency has grown to become the leading marketing recruitment agency in the Eastern region, serving all points south of Leicestershire to Buckinghamshire and across to the Norfolk and Essex coast. Their excellence was recognized by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) who awarded them Cambridgeshire Recruitment Company of the Year 2008, and also by Recruiter Magazine who shortlisted them as national Marketing Recruitment Company of the Year 2009.

The company currently has a team of ten working from their offices in Central Cambridge, and has built its success on providing a positive working environment and ongoing personal development for its team members. “Whilst we have experienced outstanding ‘financial’ success and built up a superb customer base, the most satisfying achievement over the years has been watching the team grow,” Managing Director Steve Mann explains, “Naturally seeing our numbers grow from three people four years ago to ten today is great, yet within that the really inspiring thing to watch has been the individual development of some of the team.’ The agency has a firm belief in ‘home-growing’ talent and places massive emphasis on the ongoing development of its team along with impressive remuneration packages to encourage and reward individual contribution. Along with their awards, Brand have also been recognized by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) who have recently asked Brand to partner them on two events. These events have been aimed at the CIM’s membership and have focused on career development within a marketing context, with Brand able to offer invaluable insight as well as providing a range of engaging speakers from the client and candidate base. The agency has also demonstrated a positive attitude towards local charities, donating money each quarter to a charity nominated by candidates, and supporting local fundraising efforts ranging from marathons to cross-Atlantic rowing challenges.

The company moved from serviced offices in the summer of 2007, and are already at full capacity in their central Cambridge location. “With the economy picking up, there is every chance we may have to find a larger office in the very near future. Fortunately there is a break in our lease next summer, so – although the move itself would be a bit of a pain – we have the flexibility to upgrade to a larger base. We do have plans to open offices in other parts of our region – i.e. in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshireso we may well look into the feasibility of splitting operations between two sites.”
