Today's Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Fixed Rate Drops Back to 4.75%

Dec. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Today's 30 year fixed mortgage rates are as low as 4.75% following a big improvement yesterday. Even the FHA 30 year fixed rate is much improved dropping to 4.875% yet again. 15 year fixed mortgage rates have been far less volatile and remain as low as 4.25% at par. Today's 5/1 ARM rate is 3.75%.

Jumbo 30 year fixed mortgage rates are as low as 5.75%, as offered currently by Wells Fargo.
