SGS Technologies Lawsuit Against Bevchek Settled

Dec. 22, 2009 - PRLog -- SGS Technologies, LLC today announced that its patent infringement lawsuit against Bevchek Global Systems, Inc. has been settled out of court. The suit alleged that BevChek's liquor control system infringed on several of the patents that surround SGS's BarVision® wireless liquor management products.

The suit was filed May 28th, 2009 in Phoenix at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
