ReplyButler 3.00 – Answer e-mails automatically

Jan. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Dormagen, Germany. – January 7, 2010: More and more e-mails have to be answered everyday in less time. The new version 3.00 of the Outlook text module software now allows it to answer e-mails automatically and yet with a personal touch.

Text modules can now be inserted automatically, without any interaction of the user, into the answer to any e-mail. This works extremely well for all e-mails where certain words (e.g. an error code or product number) imply the use of a certain answer. All the user has to do is to activate the text module once for the “insert automatically” feature.

An example shows the advantage: If the user now replies to and e-mail that contains these words, ReplyButler will automatically:
- Recognize the language
- Write the greeting phrase with the right (first or last) name
- Insert the text module in the right language.
- Append the matching greeting phrase

So the e-mail was answered is ready to send even before the user typed anything at all. In addition, ReplyButler will automatically use user-defined rules to move the answered e-mails as soon as the answer is sent.
