The Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley Pancake Day 2010 Outstanding, Literally!

Jan. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York:  The Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley hosted their annual Pancake Day.  Known by many in the tri-state area to be the absolute best the attendee testimonies vary greatly highlighting the great overall hosting of the event.

“The pancakes are my favorite but my dad says he likes the secret reciepe sausage balls the best,” said Miss Erin Kelly a second grade student of Mrs. Locasio at St. Thomas of Canterbury School.  “Last year Mr. Dave gave me the book Daddy Mountain, this year a very nice lady gave me the Mrs. Brown on Exhibit and other museum poems book.”

The Kiwanis Club of Minisink Valley has been proudly serving the community since 1957. At present, its 58 members represent a cross section of the Minisink Community. The club meets each Tuesday evening at 7:00pm to discuss club business and plan projects and fundraisers. Meetings regularly feature guest speakers on a variety of interesting and informative topics. The club conducts numerous service projects each year that are financed through the club's fundraisers and focus on special needs within the community.
