Local Liverpool Artist Unveils Wall Murals

Jan. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- In the recent unveiling of finished Painting Commissions by Michelle Marie Macnamara, the Cat is out of the Bag, so to speak.

Bistro Jacques, situated on Hardman St, is Liverpool's renowned French Restaurant and was the first to have the addition of an original Wall Mural.
Sister Restaurant Bistro Franc, is the latest, most delicious, addition to the Liverpool One development and also boasts a Wall Mural painted by Michelle Marie

The wall murals are within the theme of the restaurants, depicting French Gentlemen with Flat Caps & Berets.  Michelle Marie brings them to life as they Sit, Reading Le Monde, Talking and Enjoying the Good Life.

When asked about her commissions, Michelle Marie stated,

“Having an original Artwork in your place of business shows community sprit and a love of the arts, through support of up and coming Artists” .

“I truly believe there should be more support given to young Artists, so they might have a chance at making a living in this way.”

Owners of the three Bistros, Mark Friend and Steven Slater were so pleased with the finished product that they requested more pieces from the Artist. This time, colourful depiction's of all Three restaurants. When completed they are to be framed and hung in each respective Restaurant.
