Spacetoon Ukraine joins the family of Spacetoon Kids Channels

Jan. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Spacetoon Satellite Channels group announced today that Spacetoon Malyatko (kids in Ukrainian language) is the new member of the kids satellite channels.
Spacetoon Malaytko is a free-to-air satellite channel on the Hellas Sat Greek Satellite, and it is the first kids channel in Ukrainian language.
Mr. Fayez Weiss, President of Spacetoon channels, said “The launch of this channel is part of the group’s plans to expand its presence globally. Spacetoon is branded as an edutainment oriented organization and we are committed to encouraging enlightening education and ethical values for children all over the globe. On his part, Mr. Vladimir Kmetyk, the Ukrainian partner in the channel said “The main reason for acquiring the franchise of Spacetoon channels and starting Spacetoon Malaytko is to duplicate the successful experience of this chain of channels in merging fun, education, and promotion of ethical values in an entertainment framework. Here at last, we have launched the first Ukrainian speaking kids channel”
Spacetoon Malaytko started its beta broadcast on 31/12/2009 at 0:00am Ukraine time.
