Jan. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Featuring local efforts, the 3rd Annual Green Living Awards highlights progressive steps towards sustainability
taken by local citizens, businesses and policy makers.
The goals of the Green Living Awards are to promote Keys initiatives, educate about possibilities, encourage
social norms, identify local leaders and promote pride and spirit in our islands.
Awards will be bestowed amongst GLEE’s three audiences: Individuals, Businesses, and Policy makers
(Agency/Organizations will have a separate award from Local Governments)
The Awards
The 4 Green Living Awardees will be chosen in a blind vote by the GLEE Board. Our individuals will be
ranked on their actions and stats across all of GLEE’s 14 green themes. For Businesses and Policy-Makers,
they will also be judged on their participation and communication across the workplace.
In the spirit of widespread education, the 4 Popular Vote Awardees are decided by the majority of voters on
GLEE’s website. Submitted applications from qualifying nominees will be available for all to read and choose
their favorites. All website visitors are allowed one vote for their favorite of each category during the Popular
vote window of Feb 3rd - 18th. Voting closes at 9pm EST on Feb 18th.

It's a wonderful characteristic of our synthetic oils that they outlast regular oils by as much as eight times. In fact, with proper filtrations and oil analysis, our oils have gone 100,000 miles or more without draining.
