We have performed this role for the wine merchant, Berry Bros & Rudd and are currently providing this service for Leica Camera at their flagship store in Mayfair, London. Typically this includes:

∑ Assist the client to identify an appropriate location
∑ Negotiate ‘Heads of Terms’ with landlords agents on behalf of the client
∑ Commission measured drawings of the site
∑ Commission a structural survey and advise client on findings
∑ Research the office furniture, IT needs, telecoms, security & storage requirements
∑ Advise on the need for other consultants and the scope of their services
∑ Appoint and manage other consultants
∑ Develop the design brief
∑ Brief the designers
∑ Determine outline construction costs
∑ Brief nominated lawyer
∑ Liase with lawyer throughout property acquisition process
∑ Liase with landlords agents and supply information as requested
∑ Advise on statutory approvals needed, including health & safety
∑ Outline a timetable for the project
∑ Advise on the need for any specialist work
∑ Agree with client telecoms & security requirements and place orders as required
∑ Procurement and installation of furniture and fixtures
∑ Manage staged payment process for contractor
∑ Liaise with client project team
∑ Provide client team with regular updates and attend weekly status meetings
