PRLog -- Sue Ann Naso is the president of Staffing Solutions Enterprises, an innovative, full-service recruitment solutions organization that includes temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services and recruitment process outsourcing with headquarters in Northeast Ohio. Sue Anne received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Bowling Green State University and has spent over twenty years as a human resource professional within the staffing and recruiting specialty. She has been with Staffing Solutions Enterprises for eighteen years and in her current capacity for nearly one year. On a daily basis, she constructs strategic goals for the firm and oversees vendor management and recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO). Sue Ann has gained experience working in software technology pertaining to applicant tracking, vendor management, and employee performance management. In 2009, she co-founded the Northeast Ohio Talent Alliance to focus on the recruiting and retention challenges of the region during its economic recovery. Adding to Sue Ann’s credibility are her affiliations with the Northeast Ohio Human Resources Planning Society (NOHRRS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she serves on the board of directors for the Cleveland, Ohio chapter. Sue Ann is equally active on a personal level and serves on the parent advisory board of Bowling Green State University. In the future, she will continue to develop ways to better serve the ever-changing staffing industry.
