Aqua Management, local landscapers team up
to cut customers’ water bills

LAS VEGAS – In its latest partnership with a leading local landscape company, Aqua Management announced an agreement today with BILMAR Landscaping to help its local customers save money on their water bills.

With water rates continuing to increase, the latest taking effect Jan. 1, people are turning to smart controllers to better manage water use for landscaping. In addition to lowering water bills, appropriate watering also maintains lush landscaping in a desert environment.

Aqua Management CEO David Drake, an engineer who founded the company after spending years designing high-tech water controllers for other manufacturers, said real-time monitoring of weather conditions is important to maintaining landscaping. At the same time, he said his company’s proprietary technology and ongoing client service manages the use of the desert’s most precious natural resource – water.

Controllers developed by Las Vegas-based Aqua Management do just that. By monitoring real-time weather and soil conditions, Aqua Management’s system can make immediate adjustments. This includes detecting a water leak or changing watering times as the Southern Nevada Water Authority recommends.
