Well-known for her peace activism, especially with the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom (http://www.wilpf.org), Jeanmarie Simpson is the author and star of the play and film, 'A Single Woman,' about the life of first US Congresswoman and lifelong pacifist, Jeannette Rankin.

Jeanmarie has been working with Kore Press, in Tucson, on the controversial new play, 'Coming In Hot,' based on the book, "Powder: writing by women in the ranks from Vietnam to Iraq."
