“Dean Gupta has been a vital member of the Adelphi community and I am very pleased that he has accepted this pivotal leadership position. During his tenure, our School of Business enrollment has grown, alumni support has increased, and we have continued to add distinguished faculty to the School’s ranks. In the last few years, we have expanded the School’s partnerships with regional businesses and added alumni and business leaders to its external Advisory Board-both hallmarks of distinction and our commitment to excellence. Scott. Dean Gupta joined Adelphi University in 1978 as an assistant professor in the School of Business. Since that time, he has held many leadership positions of increasing responsibility.
