Artist Reception at Advocate Good Shepard Hospital, Barrington IL

Feb. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- A joint artists’ reception will be held for Northwest Cultural Council Corporate Gallery artists Jim Plaxco and Eric Hill. The artists’ reception is set for Thursday, February 25, 5:30-7:30 pm and will be held at the Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, 450 W. Highway 22, Barrington IL. The reception coincides with an exhibition of their art at the Advocate Good Shepard Hospital. The art exhibition runs through April 5, 2010.

Refreshments will be served during the artists’ reception and the artists will be on hand to discuss their art with visitors. There is no fee to participate in this wine and cheese reception and those with an interest in art are encouraged to attend.

All art in the exhibition is for sale. A percentage of the sale price is a tax-deductible donation to support the Northwest Cultural Council, a not-for-profit community agency bringing visual art, music, dance, theater, poetry, and our unique “Kids Meet Art”™ program to the northwest suburbs.
