James Steven unveiled the new site in February 2010.

James Steven wanted to update his website and establish his business in Naples, Florida.  "I love the way that they think and manifest both the artistic and technical aspects of the web design and functionality" said James of Newport Design Concepts.  He wanted to keep the content of his old website but wanted the new site to connect with his clients better.

Newport Design Concepts created the new website using a content management system so James Steven could maintain the website himself. The system allows for [James Steven] to add, modify and delete pages on his website at his choosing. Owner Michelle Newport said, “We like to empower our clients and give them the opportunity to maintain their website. We have some clients that make changes to their website themselves and others who would prefer we make changes, but ultimately it is their choice. I grew up in a family where music was a part of our daily life. I began playing the violin at the age of 11. My mother saw to it that my brother and I would go and perform together (piano and violin) at the various judged recitals that were held throughout the year. Since deciding to play professionally, I chose to train with teachers of the classical realm and also with great fiddlers. These studies enable me today to offer a wide range of violin music from polished Classical to raw Celtic, Blues, Italian and Jazz.
In 1992 I founded "Sound of Celebrations" - Music performance for all kinds of celebrations and ceremonies. Under this title, I play for Weddings, Grand Openings, Anniversaries and other Celebrations. In 1993 I invented the concept for a special gift known as "Fiddle Gram". Instead of sending a Telegram for a birthday, an anniversary, for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, I offer the present of a "Fiddle Gram". This consists of a violinist coming to the house, restaurant, or workplace of the person who is celebrating. While I surprise the honored person with beautiful violin music, a gift card is presented together with roses, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. From the very beginning, the "Fiddle Grams" have been the perfect gift. Valentine’s Day booking are currently possible – however the best spot always fill first.

Regardless of the event in which I perform, my intention is always on creating an atmosphere of beauty, celebration and joy. With the violin and its beautiful possibilities of expression I create a field, in which people can come in touch with the celebration of life itself.
