Feb. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- FingerPrint Jewellery, one of the UK’s leading designers of unique bespoke silver jewellery, is proud to now be able to offer a more personal service to customers in the Basingstoke area.

FingerPrint Jewellery was launched in 2006, by Lisa Pugh, the Creative Director and founder of the company and, having pioneered a way for customers to take their own prints at home, FingerPrint Jewellery launched a hugely successful website – www.fingerprint-jewellery.co.uk.  Increasing demand for FingerPrint Jewellery’s unique products in the subsequent years led it to expand the business by setting up a network of professional FingerPrint Designers to build on the success of the company, and to showcase the products at local events, shows and private parties.


Lisa says, “I am extremely proud to announce that Natasha has completed her extensive training at the FingerPrint Studio to become the local FingerPrint Jewellery Designer for Basingstoke and is able to offer a personal service to our customers”. Each FingerPrint Designer is fully trained to be able to handcraft jewellery to the exacting standards which our customers expect, and are fully supported by the team at the FingerPrint Studio, in Hertfordshire.

Using a combination of traditional jewellery making techniques and modern metal technology, the FingerPrint Jewellery Designers produce truly stunning items, the centrepiece of each is a fingerprint, a hand or foot print, or even a child’s drawing, doodle or scribble.

Natasha says, “I first heard about opportunity after I commissioned a FingerPrint Jewellery bracelet to celebrate the birth of my twin girls, Sophie and Charlotte. I was delighted with the result and the service I received. I had the girl’s footprints and names captured in silver and wore them on a bracelet. It is such an unusual and stylish way of keeping a memory and it’s become one of my most treasured possessions and I have lots of admiring comments about it. When I heard that the company were expanding I knew that it would be something I would love to do!, There were lots of new skills to learn but it has been a very enjoyable process and I am already getting bookings for 2010! I will be at The Hatch Warren Spring Craft Fayre  on 7th March and at the Alton Annual Art and Craft Fair on 3rd July and I am available for group bookings or private sessions. I am very excited and have had lots of great feedback about the jewellery I have made.”
