EMA Dental’s Pioneer Valley Dentists Celebrate Nat’l Prosthodontics Awareness Week

March 5, 2010 - PRLog -- PIONEER VALLEY, MA — From March 7 through March 13, 2010, Dr. Vincent Mariano and Dr. Thomas Vergo of Pioneer Valley dentistry practice EMA Dental will be participating in the first annual National Prosthodontics Awareness Week. The event, hosted by the American College of Prosthodontists aims to inform the public about the importance of replacing missing teeth to maintain a healthy mouth and body.

EMA Dental will be participating in Prosthodontics Awareness Week by hosting an open house for the community to learn more about prosthodontics and the benefits of treatment.

In order to be recognized as a prosthodontic specialist by the American Dental Association, dental practitioners need at least two to three years of extra dental school in the field of prevention and treatment of tooth loss.
