March 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Animal World USA is pleased to announce 2nd Louisiana Week for Animals Law Night is scheduled at Tulane University at Weinmann Hall, 6329 Freret St.,  New Orleans, LA 70118.

Hosted by the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund at Tulane University School of Law.  

Panel of speakers include:

1. Marie Erickson, Librarian for the Louisiana Supreme Court.
 Topic: Animal-related legislation in Louisiana

2. Marta Richards, Solo Practitioner in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Topic: The concept of ownership and the practical obstacles it creates for practitioners

3. Carney Anne Chester, Board Member of the Humane Society of Louisiana.
 Topic: The mule carriages of the French Quarter

4. Delcianna Winders, Director of Campaigns at Farm Sanctuary.
Topic: Farm animal legislation
