Staff satisfaction reaches an all time high at Head Resourcing

Despite the impact of the financial crisis on the recruitment industry, a survey of staff at the Edinburgh based firm found that job security and satisfaction were above average.

Questionnaires were completed anonymously by 30 staff and results showed that respondents were motivated, committed to work and had job satisfaction.

Over 80% of staff felt secure in their jobs, whilst over 90% felt that the organisation looks after its people well.

This research proves that Head Resourcing is committed to developing its own people with 87% of staff feeling confident that the company supports their career development.
