Empower Technologies Announces Termination of Brokered Offering of 12% Convertible Debentures

March 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Richmond, British Columbia, Canada - Empower Technologies Corporation (TSX.V: EPT) (“Empower”) announces that Empower has terminated the brokered private placement of unsecured convertible debentures (“Debentures”) with Canaccord Capital Corporation, the sole agent for the Offering.  The Company will provide an update of our financing in the next press release.
