Its captain Yuri, goes to contact the U.S.S.R. Embassy, but alas it doesn't exist any more. On its door is a new sign : Embassy Of Russia ! He applies to the Swedish police for a political refugee status, but is not helped there either as neither U.S.S.R. is existing anymore, nor Russia is a communist state. This incredible suspense, right in the beginning of the film, ties the spectators to the screen and the series of exciting happenings in the film do not give the spectators a chance to be bored until the end. Yuri meets in the vicinity of where his mini-sub has landed, a Swedish girl who is studying Russian and their friendship develops into a marriage and Yuri can stay in Sweden. Yuri is kidnapped by terrorists who want to sell him to a big power, for his knowledge of sattelite communications, but he escapes. Chinese spies show interest in the mini-sub while Russians also try to locate it and remove its communications unit. Yuri and his fiance Eva finally get married. In their wedding, in Eva's parents' villa in the archipelago, they are stunned by a big luxurious yacht which is passing in front of their villa. Hearing the Russian music, the owner of the yacht slows down to see what is going on in the villa. He is a Russian millionaire sailing with his fiance. Yuri and Eva wave to them from their villa's garden and invite them to their wedding. This way a friendship starts between the couples. Yuri and Eva are offered a job on the yacht. An international adventure starts, taking the spectators to London and far away places. Strong musical input and romantic events entertain the spectators.
