Eco Developments Siam Ltd. Appoints Elite Global Property As Master Agent

April 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Eco Developments Siam Ltd. located in Koh Samui, Thailand has officially appointed Elite Global Property, division of Elite Investment Group, as the master agent on Eco's five Koh Samui real estate developments.  The first of the five Koh Samui Properties is set to launch early this month.  As master agent, Elite Global Property will be responsible for the sales and marketing for each of the property developments as well the implementation, appointment and management of a sub-agent network.

Elite Global Property will work along side other members of the project team to include Hospitality Management Solutions (HMS), The Beaumont Partnership, EEC Lincolne Scott, Geoff Warnes & Associates, Mayer Brown, and NSP & Law.

Eco Developments Siam Ltd. will begin construction on "The Trees" located approximately one kilometer from one of the best beaches on the island, Choeng Mon Beach.  The anticipated completion date for "The Trees" is currently 12 months from the commencement of construction.  

"The Trees" consist of 9 pool residence villas which are a single story, three-bedroom configuration, on large, private allotments including 2 car parks. Local places of interest include Big Buddha and the famous Fisherman’s Village, the latter providing some of the finest restaurants and bars on the island. The airport, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and hospitals are all within a few kilometers of the project site and the area is considered to be one of the best on Koh Samui.
