Mid-Scale Continent Hotel Chain Introduces New Boutique Hotel Prototype

April 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Prototype is originally designed for 75-room hotel, however may extended to 140 rooms if developers required.

The new hotel will feature amenities such as a walk-in shower and wider hallways, modern room designs featuring mobile working desks, ergonomic chairs, iPod friendly entertainment facilities and Wi-FI throughout the hotel.

Continent is expected to approve construction of more than 20 hotels this year, all of which will incorporate the new specs, according to Ethem Zagikyan, Managing Director of company. Hotel prototype recently introduced to some of Russian mid scale hotel developers and received highly interest because of the reduced cost of construction.

The prototype is partially can be implementing of the existing mid-scale hotels to upgrade hotels and convert to Continent brand. Some of the structural refinements, such as the new room shape, cannot be implemented in existing properties, but there are different changes have been introduced to existing hotels, covering everything from improved signage and planters at the front desk to healthier breakfast options.
