Cristiano Ronaldo confident in winning La Liga

April 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal captain and star at the Bernabeu, told Spanish television station TVE during an interview. He said he wanted to conquer many titles in the club and to justify the 94 million euros invested in its recruitment.

"I hope to spend many years here, until the end of my career. During this time I will give my utmost, and justify to the club and the fans the money that was paid for me."

This season, Ronaldo does not forget the elimination in the first knockout round of the Champions League, by French club Lyon. "It upset me a lot because we had a team that was good enough to remain in competition, but we are not, through our own fault. I'm so angry that I can not watch the rest of Champions League matches", while adding "We lost, but now we have to raise our heads and think that we can do better next year".
