MERJS purchases entire self-contained freehold EC1 office building on behalf of CIWEM

"CIWEM had to make some critical commercial property decisions when they realised that renewing the lease on their current headquarters in John Street wouldn't serve the interests of the organisation," said Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS. "The lease on the current headquarters is due to run out in March 2012, but the building had no potential to scale with their future needs.
