XinJing-5 Self-Propelled Grain Harvester

April 8, 2010 - PRLog -- The  threshing  equipment  of Xinjiang-5  harvester  is  accelerated APS  feeding  device  and  rasp  bar
cylinder which adopts stepless speed change wheel with large diameter.

The speed could change in large scope, and 1075 cylinder reducer could be added for decreasing the breakage rate of soybean and kidney bean.
The cleaning equipment of Xinjiang-5 harvester is air screen whose cleaning area is 2.45m2. Longer
tailing screen and larger cleaning area could be adopted for strengthening the cleaning ability.
The separating equipment of Xinjiang-5 Harvester is four-key straw walker, and the separating area
is 3.6 m2
.  
The walking equipment adopts separating front axle and one-side brake which is benefit for turning
flexibly  with  small  turning  radius.  

Stepless  speed  change  wheel  with  torque  amplifier  could  be added  for  increasing  the  transmitted  power  and  prolong  the  service  life  of  belt.  

The  engine  is YUCHAI6108T model or XICHAI6110 model (125hp).
The machine is mainly used for harvesting wheat, but could also be used for reaping rice, rape and
safflower seed etc. after being equipped with special device.
A straw tank which can collect husk &straw is available for the machine.   Due to the constant improvement to the model of the machine, the model you buy may have tiny difference with
the introduction, please base on the real machine.
