Zov’s To Whip Up Mother’s Day Brunch

April 23, 2010 - PRLog -- One of Southern California’s best known and beloved restaurants, Zov’s Bistro in Tustin, will offer a special 3-course Champagne brunch for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 9. For $39.95 per person, guests may choose from four starters including Zov’s award-winning golden lentil soup followed by such entrees as braised short rib hash, eggs Benedict, crab and shrimp scramble, tapenade-crusted halibut and bananas Foster French toast. Desserts include the chocolate bomb, strawberry shortcake and red velvet cheesecake. A Kid’s Menu will be available for those under 12 for $10.95.
Zov’s Neighborhood Cafes & Bars in Irvine and Newport Beach will offer their standard menus that include such items as oatmeal brulee crusted with caramelized sugar, smoked salmon and scramble sandwich, frittata with flavorful fillings and Roxy’s waffles served with fresh strawberries.
