Penchansky as an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia area office. Mr. Penchansky will concentrate his practice on appellate matters and the defense of the firm’s clients.
By: Stephanie Hedrick Mr. Penchansky is a graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he majored in Political Science. He graduated second in his class at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Mr. Penchansky is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Penchansky began his career at the Staff Attorney’s Office for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During his term at the Staff Attorney’s Office, Mr. Penchansky also spent time as an elbow clerk for the Honorable Jane Roth. Following his term with the Staff Attorney’s Office, Mr. Penchansky served as a Clerk for the Honorable Thomas Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. At his prior firm, Mr. Penchansky focused on complex litigation including toxic torts, antitrust and white collar criminal investigations.
