May 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Puritan Financial Companies announced recently that they promoted team member John Schiavo to the position of Regional Vice President over the Northeast Region which includes Philadelphia, New Jersey, Pittsburgh and Ohio.  

Schiavo began his insurance career in 1982 with Prudential Life Insurance where he earned a Gold Record for Sales Achievement. In 1990 he entered the Health Industry which led to the Long Term Care Insurance Division for Prudential and then MetLife. He became a member of the Million Dollar Round Table in 2002. In 2005 he joined Puritan Financial Group and received the Rookie of the Year Award and Diamond Producer. In 2009 he promoted to District Manager in Western Pennsylvania.
