May 4, 2010 - PRLog -- San Antonio, Texas – Continuing with the 35 year tradition of providing hunters with the finest outdoor stories and information, Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) proudly announces the release of the 2010 May/June issue of The Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters (The Journal).
   
The May/June issue of The Journal boasts beautiful stories from members including the tale of eleven-year-old Sophia Berry’s 18 point whitetail buck.  Featured stories and articles include Gary Roberson’s Guns & Ammo for Summer Varmints, Jim Heffelfinger’s The Original Muy Grande, and Ted Nugent’s Best Pig Hunt Ever.
   
The Journal began its 35 year history under the title of Texas Hunters Hotline in 1975. As the magazine and the Association quickly grew in popularity, the publication’s name changed and Texas Trophy Hunters Association’s The Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters was born.

The Journal is available in print for members and at newsstands. The digital version, which  became available with the January/February 2009 issue, can now be downloaded and viewed on mobile devices including iPhone® at www.zinio.com. Additional details and ordering information can be found on www.TTHA.com.  Now, deer hunters and outdoor enthusiasts can read their favorite whitetail magazine anywhere their mobile device takes them.  As only some of the nation’s larger publications have taken this step, The Journal is one of the first the first hunting magazines to achieve digital status.
