PRLog -- For the second year in a row, John Palmer Fine Art Gallery from Houston, Texas has had an incredible and successful showing at the international fair of contemporary and modern art, Art Chicago. Gallery owner and Featured Artist John Ross Palmer enjoyed rubbing elbows with American royal Chris Kennedy and showing his vibrant abstract pieces amidst prominent galleries from around the globe. Visitors to the John Palmer Fine Art booth enjoyed his cohesive art presentation of three booth themes: Home, Family and History. Those tempted to linger in the booth loved not only his vibrant Escapism pieces but also enjoyed a video montage where Palmer spoke in an unscripted fashion about his life, career and motivation to create art. Art Chicago honored John Ross Palmer by selecting one of his 46" x 40" canvas Escapism pieces as a winner of the Survey America award which honors a noteworthy American artist or movement in contemporary American art. All passers-by Booth 12-649 saw Palmer's bold message spelled out for them: "Art is Healing." If you would like to see all of the pieces that Palmer's Gallery showcased at Art Chicago 2010, please visit his Facebook page and flip through the Art Chicago 2010 Photo Album.
