May 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Indus Health Plus, Pune, India. Spreads Its Wings Into Goa  Plans to increase operations and develop national footprint considering the requirement of health care in India.

Indus Health Plus, the pioneer in preventive health checkups and diagnostics, has now expanded its footprint in Goa, India; with the launch of its Customer Convenience center, the fifth such centre in India. Indus already has more than 2500 satisfied and an ever-growing customer base in Goa, India and with the launch of this convenience center, it plans to further build these client relationships. The center was inaugurated by the dynamic trio- Director- Ms. Kanchan Naikawadi and the two Jt. Managing Directors- Mr. Amol Naikawadi and Mr. Parnal Dekhane.    

This 900 square feet office, situated at G-3/4, Bldg A1, Jairam Complex, Near Goa Handicraft Rua-de-ourem, Neoginagar, Panjim Goa- 403001, will offer preventive health care services to the citizens of Goa and other neighboring cities.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Amol Naikawadi said: “We are delighted to inaugurate our centre in Goa and we are excited to provide the citizens of Goa a quick access to preventive health care at affordable rates thereby helping the local residents in timely diagnosis and treatment of many life threatening diseases. This office is another milestone for us to reach out to as many people as possible to promote preventive healthcare solutions.”
With statistics revealing that 40% of people die due to heart attack in today’s stress ridden world, Mr. Naikawadi feels that, “Today our country is unfortunately the leader in heart diseases, hypertension, cancer and various other diseases. By not identifying early detection indications of these diseases, we put ourselves and our family at risk. Further, medical treatment can leave quite a hefty bill. The tragedy is that all these diseases are preventable, and ‘Early detection’ rather than prevention then becomes the ‘mantra’ of the day. We at Indus Health Plus strongly believe and practice this thought and hope to propagate it to one and all.”
Indus Health Plus has partnered with Goa Scan Centre as the service provider in Goa; a 24X7 open centre. At the Goa Scan Centre, all CT Scan and other facilities are available where tests such as ECG, Echo cardiogram, Ultra-sound sonography, digital X-ray, Sono-mammography, bone-density, muscular scans, stress tests, PFT, ambulance service, Doppler tests can be undertaken.
