Singer Steven Ybarra Shares Stage With Christian Recording Artist, Jeremy Camp

May 24, 2010 - PRLog -- CARLSBAD, CA – – Steven Ybarra, one of San Diego’s renown performers, will light up the crowds as the opening act for Christian singer/songwriter Jeremy Camp at the San Diego County Fair.  The show starts at Tuesday, June 15th at 7:00 PM on the Heineken Grandstand Stage.  
 
    Steven is last year’s winner of the “Best Acoustic” San Diego Music Award, and a platinum prize-winner at the San Diego Songwriter’s Guild.  His cross-genre sound of Christian pop/adult contemporary and distinctive, powerful vocals shine through each performance.  Steven’s show will segue nicely into Jeremy’s act…both artists known for their moving and inspirational songs.  After a serious illness created a number of struggles and challenges for Steven, his renewed faith remains the constant thread in his music, reflecting the hope and joy that comes from the strength of believing. His solo career is rapidly on the move..and it's no wonder.  Those gentle, but power vocals and his inspirational songwriting result in nothing less than a moving force in the Christian music scene.
