ATS Diesel GM Duramax Exhaust Manifolds For 30% Better Airflow

June 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Upgraded power and fuel delivery is useless without matched airflow. That is why ATS has released its Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold and Up-pipe Set for the GM Duramax. Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifolds have become a household name in the Dodge Community due to their superior air delivery and cooling capabilities on the Cummins engine. This newest addition to the ATS product lineup is set to leave the same great impression with truck owners by providing a thirty percent airflow improvement over the stock design.

ATS Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifolds increase airflow velocity to the turbo(s) while allowing for maximum air volume at higher power levels. Turbo lag is reduced along with exhaust gas temperatures. The ATS high molly content construction ensures long life and eliminates cracking that usually occurs from long-term heat exposure and temperature cycles. Expansion joints allow the manifolds to expand and contract without cracking, which often occurs on stock units.

The complete ATS system includes both the exhaust manifolds and up-pipes for the driver and passenger side of the engine, and are pre-tapped for EGT sensors. As with other ATS kits, the Duramax Kit features superior fit and finish and requires no end-user fabrication for install. ATS’ proprietary thermal-ceramic coating retains internal heat and guards against moisture. The manifold and up-pipe set are compatible with either T3 or T4 style manifold flanges, which are options with Aurora Turbo Kits.
