Former Saturday Night Live Star Joe Piscopo to appear on PROFILES on NYC Life

June 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Host Mickey Burns interviews comedy legend Joe Piscopo on PROFILES. Joe became a household  name as part of the Saturday Night Live cast from 1981 thru 1984. Back then, it was Piscopo and Eddie Murphy who carried the show.

On SNL Joe was best known for his impressions of celebrities such as Frank Sinatra. In response – Sinatra dubbed Piscopo as “Vice-Chairman of the Board”. Piscopo continues to work at a frenetic pace, and remains in-demand in clubs and casinos  throughout the country.

Joe is also busy with his production company – developing the movie script for a film titled: “Bloomfield Avenue”… The plot centers around the “Newark Riots” of the late 60’s. He’s currently working on the project with Queen Latifah.
