The Mobile Power System consists of:

Lithium Ion Battery Technology
There are significant benefits to choosing lithium ion batteries over traditional AGM/acid batteries:

Lithium batteries have the advantage on size, weight, and effectiveness. Although much more efficient than traditional AGM/acid batteries, lithium batteries require carefully balanced cell voltage. That is why Clayton Power has developed an advanced smart BMS (battery management system).

Plug 'n' Play Power Solution with a Power Control Unit
A Power Control Unit allows for easy installation of each unit. Inverter/charger, battery separator, lithium ion battery pack, display, and accompanying cables and plug included. Just plug 'n' play.

Clayton Power's PCU has an integrated BMS (Battery Management System), which manages and monitors the lithium ion battery pack.

Storing the Engine's Excess Energy
Clayton Power's mobile power system charges the lithium batteries with excess energy from the engine.

The electronic battery separator ensures that the engine's starter battery is optimally charged and that excess energy is channelled to the lithium battery pack.

230V Inverter with Pure Sine Wave Power
The compact G3 Power Inverter is a pure sine wave inverter. The power inverter converts 12V or 24V lithium batteries to 230V. Pure sine wave means that the power generated by the inverter is of the same quality as that on the public grid.

If more power is needed than the engine's alternator can supply, we also produce G3 Combi (Inverter/Charger) series. A Combi (Inverter/Charger) supplements battery charging with a connection to the grid or another 230V source.
