Blackberry Experts To Provide Technical Help For Iphone Users

June 16, 2010 - PRLog -- The Stoke-on-Trent-based company has announced a new collaboration, with Digitel Solutions, to build on and complement their long-standing relationship with Blackberry suppliers The Communications Group.
Directors Andy Rafferty and Alastair Cuthbert hope it will be as successful as their partnership with TCG, which has seen them resolve more than 500 Blackberry headaches, from as far afield as Australia.
Andy Rafferty said: “We have been very successful in helping Blackberry users and believe we can solve just as many problems with iPhones.
“There are a number of iPhone problems which are fairly easy to sort out, for example xx, which is solved by xx.
“But some complicated ones require more knowledge, and would otherwise require hours on the phone to a call centre, and still may not be sorted because their IT staff don’t have the relevant expertise.
“We aim to be the first port of call for those enquiries for Digitel Solutions customers, and promise to resolve them within xx hours.”
ARC will be working their way through the top ten most common iPhone technical problems, with tips on how to solve them, on their blog over the next few weeks.
