June 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Woodbury, NJ – Never a company to sit by when someone needs help, Cipriani Remodeling Solutions quickly responded to a call from Ed Green from the State of New Jersey Office of Vocational Rehabilitation on behalf of a local resident.  John Agemian of Woodbury Heights had hired a remodeler to improve accessibility into his home but he didn’t get exactly what he needed.  He had contracted to have the doorway to his home widened and a ramp built to ensure a smooth transition in and out of his home.  Instead he got a poorly constructed ramp and a threshold impeded by an existing ramp inside the home.  The unacceptable work resulted in increased obstruction and Mr. Agemian had great difficulty entering through the doorway.

The Cipriani Team immediately called the Mr. Agemian to schedule a visit.  It turned out that Cipriani had been one of the contractors who originally submitted a bid on this work a few years ago though they were not selected to install the improvements at that time.  Nonetheless it was clear that Mr. Agemian now had an urgent need.  The Team went out to readjust the ramp and the door to ensure proper wheelchair accessibility.

After the repair Mr. Agemian phoned Jay Cipriani, the company’s President, to express his appreciation.  “This is the first time since the ramp was put in that I was able to roll into my house without being knocked to China!” stated Mr. Agemian.   He went on to praise the efforts of the entire Cipriani Team as professional and efficient.
