Steenbergs adds cake decorations to its home baking range

June 29, 2010 - PRLog -- The latest additions to the Steenbergs home baking range include: organic Fairtrade chocolate drops, light chocolate strands, dark chocolate strands, rainbow sugar strands and lemon and orange jellies. As well as the decorations Steenbergs has added arrowroot and cream of tartar to the range.



Steenbergs started its home baking range in 2007 with the UK’s first Fairtrade organic vanilla extract. Since then it has added four more extracts and floral waters, a range of organic Fairtrade flavoured sugars and bicarbonate of soda and gluten free baking powder before this latest increase in the range.


Sophie Steenberg, who set up and runs Steenbergs with her husband Axel says: “The home baking range has been really popular with all our customers – both in shops, through distributors and online – that the cake decorations were the natural progression for us. Our customers like baking and we have put together a range that is as “clean label” as we can find. We very much believe in making home baking fun with as good ingredients as possible.”
