About the Authors
Michael Esola has obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco.  He currently serves as the Vice-President of Operations with Mantra Hospitality.

Wesley Jones has worked for a tremendous group of companies including Target Corporation, The University of Phoenix, and The Walt Disney Company. He has obtained a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development and a Master of Arts Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
